CALGARY, Alberta – February, 2026 – TwelveSix Services Ltd., a Calgary-based advisory firm specializing in natural gas-fired power generation and data infrastructure development, has been appointed Exclusive Sales Agent by GlassRatner Restructuring Inc., in its capacity as Court-appointed Receiver and Manager of Pathfinder Energy Ltd. and MCK Energy Inc.

Under this engagement, TwelveSix will support marketing and targeted buyer outreach as part of a Court-supervised Sale and Investment Solicitation Process (SISP) for a portfolio of Alberta-based power generation and related infrastructure assets.

The portfolio includes a mix of operating generation facilities and development-stage expansion sites positioned within Alberta’s deregulated power market. The assets present opportunities for strategic operators, data centre developers, infrastructure investors, and energy transition participants seeking scalable, gas-fired generation platforms.

TwelveSix brings deep expertise in Alberta’s natural gas and power markets, with a focus on the convergence of energy and compute infrastructure.
